The well-being and health of our guests and employees is a priority for The Palm at Playa. Due to the Covid-19 health crisis, the operations of our hotel have been adapted to guarantee the safety of our clients and comply with the established regulations. Additional cleaning and hygiene measures have been implemented, operational processes and spaces have been adjusted and, consequently, some services may be affected.
Given the exceptional circumstances, we would like to inform you of the measures we have adopted in our reservation change and cancellation policy to offer our clients total flexibility.
For any modification and management that you require in your reservation, please send us an email to res@palmatplaya.com with the information of your reservation, we will give you a satisfactory answer as soon as possible.
In the event that you have made your reservation through an online travel agency or other travel agent, we suggest that you contact the reservation provider to obtain information about their change policy.
